| The "Friends Of" program allows donors to designate their annual gift directly to the Olympic sport of their choice. "Friends Of" is a part of the Annual Campaign, and specifically supports the scholarships and operational costs for an individual Olympic Sports program. These donations allow the Foundation to provide the U.Va. student-athletes with the resources to compete against the nation's top athletics programs while achieving high academic standards required by the University. Such resources include recruiting expenses, team travel, summer school, equipment, uniforms, and team meals. |
