Gift&Ticket

Donor and Non-Donor Gift and Ticket Chart
Donors and season ticket holders will be divided into one of four groups,
based on their 2008 Annual Campaign giving level. Donors in Groups B, C
and D may increase their annual gift to the V Club level or above by
March 31, 2008 to ensure retention of their current seats.

Selection Group A
Donors will have the opportunity to keep their current seat location(s) or select a new location. All individuals in this group will be ranked in priority point order to select their seats. The donor with the highest number of priority points will select first and so on until the donor with the lowest number of points in this group has selected. All donors in this group will be invited to the stadium to select their seats and parking space or may do so by phone. Donors in Group A will need to determine if they wish to:

•	Maintain their current seat/parking location(s)
•	Maintain a portion of their current seats and reselect others
•	Select another location for all tickets and parking

Selection Group B
Donors will be ranked in priority point order and invited to the stadium to select their seats and parking space or they may do so by phone. To be guaranteed the right to retain their current seats, donors in Group B may increase their giving level to be part of Group A.

Assignment Group C
Donors will be ranked in priority point order and then assigned their seats. Donors in this group will not have the opportunity to select their seats or parking space,* but will be given the opportunity to make seating requests and preferences prior to the assignment process. To be guaranteed the right to retain their current seats, donors in Group C may increase their
giving level to be part of Group A.

* Donors in the Coaches Club giving level and above are eligible to
apply for reserved parking.

Assignment Group D
Individuals will be assigned seats according to their longevity as a season ticket holder (up to 20 years). These individuals will be given the opportunity to make
seating requests and preferences prior to the assigning process, and are subject to reassignment each year. To be guaranteed the right to retain their current seats, donors and season ticket holders in Group D may increase their giving level to be part of Group A.

Lifetime Seat Holders
Donors will be able to maintain their lifetime seats or choose to be part of the new seating policy. Lifetime seat holders will select/be assigned football parking
according to the 2008 Virginia Football Priority Seating.

Faculty/Staff Seating
Qualified members of the University of Virginia Faculty/Staff have two options:

Faculty/staff are eligible to purchase two season football ickets at the faculty/staff rate. Additional requests are at the regular season ticket price.

Faculty/staff may order a maximum of 6 tickets in the faculty/staff section. Requests of more than 6 season tickets, if available, will be assigned with
Group D. Exception: Faculty/staff donors eligible for more than six tickets and who opt to sit in the faculty/staff section may order the maximum number according to their giving level.

Discounted Tickets
All previously discounted tickets (e.g. Hooville, Hooville Heights, Superfan and Group Blocks) will be sold at the full season football ticket price beginning in 2008 and assigned according to the 2008 Virginia Football Priority Seating and Parking Policy. Youth Hillside tickets will be available at a discounted price.

Reserved Parking Plan
Selection/assignment of reserved parking will follow the same policy as for seating. Donors at the Coaches Club giving level and above (minimum $1,250 in 2008) are eligible to apply for season football parking.
