University of Virginia Catering (UVC), a division of ARAMARK, is by contract the exclusive food and beverage provider at Scott Stadium on game day.
Suite orders must be placed at least five business days prior to each game (the Monday before each Saturday game) between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
If you place an order with UVC, a suite attendant will periodically check in with you, maintain your suite, and take your “Game Day Menu” orders.

Concierge Desk and
Guest Services

A Concierge Desk is located in each suite lobby near the elevator — south end zone, northeast and northwest wings. These desks are staffed two hours before kick-off until one hour after the game concludes. Please use this service for all of your game day questions or concerns—maintenance, housekeeping, catering, etc. The phone number is programmed into your suite phone. |

Permanent alterations such as wallpaper or changing the paint, carpeting, countertops or lighting fixtures are prohibited. |

The Concierge Staff will unlock and lock your cabinets, refrigerator and suite doors. If you forgot or lost your cabinet and refrigerator keys, contact the Concierge Desk. |

| Lost and Found |
During the game, Lost and Found is at each suite area Concierge Desk—south end zone, northeast and northwest wings. Articles not claimed after the game will be taken to the Scott Stadium Operations Office, room 112 in Bryant Hall, telephone (434) 243-5427. |

Maintenance and Housekeeping |
Contact the Concierge Desk with housekeeping, electrical or mechanical needs. The telephone number is programmed into your telephone. |

| Parking |
Suite Holders receive Suite Holder Lot (formerly named South A Lot) parking passes. This lot is located on the ramps and the middle level of the Scott Stadium parking deck.
The only game day entrance to the Suite Holder Lot is from Stadium Road via the West Lot entrance. Both Stadium and Whitehead Road exits are available post game.
The maximum size vehicle that can enter and park in the Suite Holder Lot is 18’ long, 8’ wide and 6’ 10”tall. Limousines, vans and buses do not fit into the Suite Holder Lot. If your vehicle exceeds these dimensions, please drop your guests at the West Lot entrance and park at Fontaine Research Park or University Hall.
For lost parking tickets, please notify the Virginia Athletics Foundation at (434) 982-5555 or (800) 626-8723. The lots will be monitored by attendants and security at all times.

| Pre-Season Load-in |
Suites will be open on Thursday and Friday, Aug. 28 & 29 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for load-in of beverages and non-perishable food items. SCHEDULE |

| Post-Season Clean-Out |
Suites will be open on Monday and Tuesday, Nov. 24 & 25 for end of the season clean out. Please remove any valuable personal items and the contents of your refrigerators. Refrigerators will be turned off in December. SCHEDULE |

| Security Procedures |
Security procedures instituted at University of Virginia home football games in 2002 will continue during the 2006 season.
- Ticket holders will not be allowed to leave the stadium and return during the game.
- Backpacks, bags, carryalls and totes will not be allowed inside the stadium. People should expect that containers holding essential medicines will be examined.
- Alcohol, food, umbrellas, containers, coolers, and video cameras are prohibited.
- Banners, flags, and signs attached to sticks or poles are prohibited.
- The Federal Aviation Administration will restrict air space over the stadium.
These measures may cause some delays at the gates, please arrive early. All gates open two hours before kickoff. |

| Smoking |
The suites and the open-air seating are non-smoking areas. Smoking is allowed on the outside ramps. |
|
| Stocking |
Stocking Period is between 11:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. the day before the game, with the exception of the Virginia Tech game when the stocking period is on Tuesday, Nov. 20. The person stocking your suite must be 21 years of age.
Alcoholic beverages, soft drinks and food CANNOT be brought into Scott Stadium on game day. |

Suite Game-Day Host |
For corporate suites or suites held by more than one individual, the suite contact person should designate a game-day host who will accept responsibility for the activities within the suite for that particular game. This person may or may not be responsible for ordering the food and beverages for that particular game. The host should also make him or herself known to the suite attendant. |

Suite Ticket
Will Call |
Suite Will Call is on the mezzanine level of Bryant Hall which is off the middle level of the parking deck. It opens two hours prior to kickoff and closes at the end of the first half. Any remaining tickets will be taken to the main ticket Will Call window on the East side of Scott Stadium. |

Suite Tickets
and Standing
Room Only
(SRO) Tickets |
Each suite receives 16 or 20 game tickets and eight (8) Standing Room Only (SRO) tickets.
An SRO ticket provides entrance into Scott Stadium and access to your suite. It does not provide a seat.
SRO ticket holders may enter through any Scott Stadium gate. The mezzanine level of Bryant Hall is preferred for those with South end zone (407-450) SRO tickets. |

| Telephones |
Your suite telephone can receive incoming and make outgoing calls — dialing instructions are on the phone. The concierge desk can be reached by pressing A on your suite telephone.

| Televisions |
Each suite has two televisions. One is on the back wall of the suite. The other is outside above the open-air seats. Both can be tuned to any of the basic Adelphia Cable channels or the Hoovision screen. An updated television listing will be posted in each suite on game day. |

Ticket Marketplace |
Each suite will have one contact name and account set up for Ticket Marketplace. This online ticketing system provides suite ticket holders the opportunity to transfer tickets. Access to Ticket Marketplace can be found online at www.virginiasports.com. |

Ticket Policy
for Children |
UVa Athletics Admission Policy states that “All persons over the age of one, must have a ticket for admission.” This now includes the suites. |

| Ticket Scanning |
All tickets will be scanned at the gates. After tickets have been scanned, you may not exit and then re-enter the Stadium.
