Football Ticket Assignments
New in 2011
All new season ticket assignments and requests for improvements or changes will be based on availability and reviewed in order of total priority points. The group system used for the past three years will no longer be used. We are not reassigning or reseating all seats, just simply using the priority point system to guide future seating assignments.
The Football Seating and Parking Policy implemented in 2008 will be reviewed every three years beginning in 2011. For the 2011 season, the following guidelines remain in place:
- Donors who maintain or exceed their 2008 annual giving level (when the new seating and parking policy was first implemented) are guaranteed the same seats, if desired.
- Donors who made a contribution to qualify for priority season ticket purchases after 2008, will be guaranteed the same seats if they remain at the same giving level when their seats were first purchased.
- If donors received a new seat location in 2009 and/or 2010, they will be guaranteed the same seats if they maintain or increase their giving level from the previous year.
- Donors who reduce their gift level, are not guaranteed to keep the same seats.
Driving directions to lots
New in 2011
Cavalier Club donors ($600-1,249) are now eligible to apply for football reserved parking in the North I and Brandon lots. Requests will be filled in priority point order. The $600 minimum donation does not guarantee a parking space. All other reserved parking lots require a minimum gift of $1,250.
- Selection/assignment of reserved parking will follow the same policy as for seating.
- Donors at the Cavalier Club giving level and above (minimum $600 in 2011) are eligible to apply for season football parking.
- A minimum gift of $600 does not guarantee a parking space.
- Football ticket and parking applications will be mailed mid-March.
- The parking application fee is $125 and you may apply for one space per account.
- Requests for these spaces will be filled in priority order.
- If demand exceeds supply, the application fee will be refunded.
- The pledge and priority ordering deadline for season reserved tickets and parking is April 30th.
New Applicants
- The $600 minimum donation does not guarantee a parking space.
Requirements
- You must be a football season ticket holder (or note the name of the person to whom the tickets are assigned).
- Applicant may only request one parking space.
Disabled Parking
- Proof of disability is required (such as a copy of your DMV permit) – please attach to your application.
- Spaces will be assigned on Foundation priority points.
- Spaces are very limited and re-assigned each year based on priority points and availability.
Special Requests
All special requests should be made in writing. Please use the space provided on the application. Special requests will be considered annually based on availability and donor’s priority points.
