The Virginia Athletics Foundation is the official fundraising arm for Virginia Athletics.
Our Mission: The Virginia Athletics Foundation (VAF), through its fundraising efforts, strives to support a preeminent intercollegiate athletics program at the University of Virginia by providing student-athletes the opportunity to achieve academic and athletic excellence. The VAF is one of only eight standalone athletics fundraising organizations in the country and serves as the official fundraising arm of the Virginia Athletics Department. At the Virginia Athletics Foundation, our mission is centered on funding student-athlete scholarships through the Annual Fund and scholarship endowments.

Sabre Society
Annual Fund
The Annual Fund supports scholarship for Virginia Athletics. Gifts to the Annual Fund grant eligibility for ticket and parking benefits based on giving level and availability.
Sport Enhancement Funds
Sport Enhancement Funds are designed to encourage passionate donors to support the sport program of their choice by providing essential operational resources for immediate needs.
Athletic Director's Excellence Fund
The Athletic Director's Excellence Fund was established to provide unrestricted financial support to the areas of the greatest and most pressing needs at the discretion of the Director of Athletics.
Endowments
An endowment gift is one of the most powerful gifts a donor can make to Virginia Athletics. Gifts can be made to establish endowed scholarship funds or sport-specific operational funds to assist with annual budgetary needs.

Providing the best possible facilities is crucial to enhancing the University of Virginia's home team advantage for student-athletes, coaches, alumni, and fans.

Benefits
VAF members receive benefits based on Annual Fund giving level. The benefits include priority pre-sale, season, single-game, and post-season tickets; priority parking; priority seating options for some Olympic sports; a yearly membership packet; access to unique events; and hospitality experiences.
