What is the Virginia Athletics Foundation?
The Virginia Athletics Foundation is the official fundraising arm for Virginia Athletics. The mission is to support student-athlete scholarships, world class facilities, and operations for each of Virginia's 27 varsity sport programs.
Supporting Success
The Virginia Athletics Foundation (VAF), through its fundraising efforts, strives to support a preeminent intercollegiate athletics program at the University of Virginia by providing student-athletes the opportunity to achieve academic and athletic excellence. The VAF is one of only eight standalone athletics fundraising organizations in the country and serves as the official fundraising arm of the Virginia Athletics Department.
