Join us as we honor the past and pave the future of Virginia Athletics through the Commemorative Brick Campaign outside of John Paul Jones (JPJ) Arena.
Opened in the summer of 2006, JPJ was designed and built to benefit not only the Virginia basketball programs, but the entire athletic department, University and Central Virginia. From the loud roars after key plays or screaming fans at numerous concerts, JPJ has played host to great memories for people all over. Now alumni, fans, friends, and donors can forever have their name as part of this iconic venue.
Interested parties can purchase a commemorative brick customized with their name and a special message. The bricks will be laid in the existing brick plaza outside of the main entrance to JPJ.
The next installation is scheduled for the summer of 2026. Replica bricks will be mailed approximately 10-12 weeks after your purchase is completed. All proceeds will benefit the Hoos Success Fund (HSF), which helps provide broad-based, unrestricted support for more than 750 Virginia student-athletes.
Contributions to the HSF count toward a donor's lifetime giving but are separate from and in addition to Annual Fund commitments. HSF gifts do not count toward annual giving levels or affect tickets and/or parking eligibility.
