Young Alumni
The Virginia Athletics Foundation's (VAF) Young Alumni Program encourages recent graduates to support Virginia Athletics with our giving credit. The VAF supports young alumni by giving credit up to $5,000 for the first five years following graduation from undergraduate programs at the University of Virginia.
Simply put, the VAF matches giving credit for every Annual Fund dollar contributed by young alumni up to $5,000 annually.
For example, with a $50 gift to the VAF, the VAF will “match” the gift dollar-for-dollar, giving benefits and Priority Points for a $100 gift.
Matching gifts are given for five years beginning with the graduation year. In 2025, graduation years eligible for the match are 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025.
